 How to File for Indiana Unemployment Benefits

  • Access the Uplink CSS - the unemployment claim filing system 
  • Go through the tutorial to understand what is need to file a claim
  • In case you are familiar with the filing process go here to access the claimant self service logon

The following information (mentioned in the Indiana DWD site) is needed to file a claim

  1. Complete name and address
  2. Social Security number
  3. Personal identification (if reporting to a WorkOne Center)
  4. Your most recent employer's name and address
  5. The dates you worked for your most recent employer
  6. The reason you are unemployed.
